Returns and Warranty

This policy covers JimV Box appliances bought from shop.jimv.io and shipped within the United States.

Returns within 30 days

If the appliance is unopened, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

If the appliance has been opened, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is deducted from the refund.

If the hardware fails within 30 days of delivery, we replace the appliance free of charge and cover return shipping.

The hardware carries a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date.

Software updates continue with no license limits and no license term. The software is not sold separately from the hardware.

Write to [email protected] with your order number before shipping anything back. We will confirm the return address and the process.

We ship within the United States only, so returns are accepted from United States addresses only.
